Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

Cutoff time:

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed on the same business day.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM are processed on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to the United States only.

Available markets:

Contiguous United States (the 48 connected states): available, estimated transit time 3–5 business days; shipping is free for all orders, as described under "Shipping Fees" below.

Markets we do not ship to:

Alaska: not available

Hawaii: not available

Puerto Rico: not available

Small outlying islands: not available

U.S. military bases (APO/FPO/DPO): not available

U.S. affiliated islands and other U.S. territories outside the contiguous states: not available

We do not provide any delivery service to the regions listed above. Orders addressed to these regions cannot be fulfilled.

Shipping Time and Estimated Delivery

Transit time within the contiguous United States: 3–5 business days.

Processing time: 1–3 business days.

Estimated total delivery time from order placement to delivery = processing time (1–3 business days) + transit time (3–5 business days), approximately 4–8 business days.

Please note that delivery may be delayed due to customs inspection, public holidays, flight delays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Such delays are outside our responsibility.

We cooperate with U.S. logistics partners, and all orders are shipped from within the United States.

Shipping Fees

Free shipping applies to all orders delivered within the contiguous United States.

There is no shipping fee and no minimum order amount. Free shipping does not apply to the regions listed under "Shipping Destinations" that we do not serve.

All product prices listed on our website exclude sales tax. Any applicable sales tax will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the state where the buyer is located and collected at that time.
